Chonnam National University Law School Produces Four New Judges with Legal Experience

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] Four graduates from Chonnam National University Law School have been newly appointed as judges with general legal experience.

According to Chonnam National University on the 5th, the Law School produced four new judges at the '2020 New Judge Appointment Ceremony' held at the Supreme Court on the 20th of last month.

The Chonnam National University Law School graduates appointed as new judges with more than three years of attorney experience are Attorney Kim Dae-hyun, Attorney Min Yang-i, Attorney Park Geon-hoon, and Attorney Park Eun-joo.

A total of 155 new judges were appointed nationwide, of which 57 (37%) were law school graduates. Chonnam National University ranked fourth among 25 law schools nationwide in producing judges, following Seoul National University, Sungkyunkwan University, and Pusan National University.

Previously, Chonnam National University produced four judges in 2015 and two judges in 2016.
