[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Three men who inhaled nitrous oxide, also known as 'Happy Balloon,' which causes hallucinations when inhaled, were arrested by the police.

According to the police on the 5th, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul arrested and is investigating three men for violating the Chemical Substances Control Act after they inhaled Happy Balloon around midnight that day.

The police responded to a report that three men were inhaling Happy Balloon in a building in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and arrested them in the act.

The police are currently investigating the circumstances of the incident.
