Seoul Shilla Hotel Introduces 'Private Kids Playroom' Exclusively for One Family Use

[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] The Seoul Shilla Hotel announced on the 5th that it will introduce a children's space called the 'Private Kids Playroom,' which can be used exclusively by one family.

The 'Private Kids Playroom' is a remodeled corner suite room designed for a single family to use comfortably. Instead of a space where many unspecified people meet, it offers a personalized service that only a limited number of designated users can access.

The 'Private Kids Playroom' features an interior designed to attract children's interest, with items arranged appropriately considering both educational and play elements. It is equipped with selected items tailored to preschoolers' eye levels, such as a large wooden pool filled with cypress wood chips beneficial for sensory development, natural material toys, slides, books, and role-playing toys.

The 'Private Kids Playroom' was prepared to replace the previously operated children's space, the 'Kids Lounge,' catering to families with children who are more sensitive about safety. It operates in two time slots, morning (8 AM to 12 PM) and afternoon (3 PM to 7 PM), allowing each family to use the space comfortably for four hours after disinfection and maintenance between sessions.

The 'Private Kids Playroom' will be available until the 30th of this month, and guests can choose a day-use option without staying overnight in the room as well as accommodation.

The accommodation package, the 'Private Kids Playroom' package, is based on two adults and one child and includes ▲one night in a Business Deluxe Room ▲access to the Private Kids Playroom ▲The Parkview breakfast ▲one extra bed if available ▲access to the fitness center and indoor swimming pool.

The 'Daytime Kids Playroom' package, which allows families to spend time together during weekday daytime hours, includes check-in at 8 AM and stay until 8 PM on the same day, totaling 12 hours in the hotel room, with access to the Kids Playroom during the designated time (3 PM to 7 PM on the check-in day).

Additionally, it provides ▲one Shilla eco bag mini ▲one Shilla bear keyring ▲F&B credit of 50,000 KRW usable at Seoul Shilla Hotel's food and beverage outlets (within room usage time) ▲one free valet parking per room on the day of use ▲one extra bed if available. The 'Daytime Kids Playroom' package is available only on weekdays and can be reserved by phone at least three days in advance.
