[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Amorepacific (CEO and Chairman Seokyung Bae) is operating a 'Refill Station' that sells only the contents of shampoo and body wash products in small quantities.
The Refill Station is located in a key area within the Amore Store Gwanggyo, which opened in mid-October. Among 15 shampoo and body wash products, customers can fill the desired amount of product into refill containers made from coconut shells. The containers are reusable, and the contents are always discounted, providing an economical and eco-friendly experience.
The contents are used within 100 days of manufacture, and before refilling, the containers are sterilized with a UV LED lamp to offer freshness and peace of mind to customers.
Jung-hwa Oh, Executive Director of Amorepacific's Sustainability Management Division, said, "The Refill Station was introduced for the first time in response to the era's demand for changes in refill products and sales methods. We expect high customer response through new experiences, eco-friendly values, and high-quality service."
On the 20th, Amorepacific opened Amore Store Gwanggyo at the lifestyle center 'Alleyway Gwanggyo.' It is an experiential beauty store where you can find about 40 Amorepacific brands and 2,000 products all in one place.
