[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Hyun-joo] Sejong University Artificial Intelligence Convergence Research Center announced that it has established a cooperative system for sharing advanced food ingredient logistics information using artificial intelligence and big data through a business partnership with the food ingredient distribution company KTSC.
Accordingly, the two organizations agreed to mutually cooperate not only in utilizing AI-based food ingredient logistics information but also in ▲creating high value-added food industries tailored to local regions using big data ▲supporting industry-academia research, development, and talent cultivation activities related to big data ▲operating industry-academia cooperation programs such as seminars, special lectures, and workshops on big data ▲and collaborating on big data policies and technological advancements.
KTSC, established in 1978, is a company that supplies high-quality food ingredients to over 3,000 restaurants nationwide, including hotels and franchises. Yuseong-jun, director of Sejong University AI Convergence Research Center, stated, "We will explore various cooperation methods using artificial intelligence and big data and strive for mutual development."
