[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Woomi Construction announced on the 11th that it will offer for sale "Wanju Sambong District Woomirin Ecopore" in late October, located in Wanju Sambong District, which connects Jeonju Eco City and the industrial complex in Wanju.
This complex consists of 9 buildings, 818 households, ranging from one basement floor to 25 floors above ground. To the north, it is close to industrial complexes such as Jeonju Science General Industrial Complex and Jeollabuk-do Science Research Complex, allowing residents to enjoy the advantage of proximity to both work and residence. To the south, residents can quickly access Jeonju Eco City via Gwahak-ro, enabling them to enjoy the living area of Jeonju simultaneously.
Wanju Sambong District is the first public land development district in Wanju County. It is planned to be developed as a mini new town-level smart city with about 6,000 residential units, commercial facilities such as Nonghyup Mart, as well as public kindergartens, elementary and middle schools, fire stations, health centers, police stations, libraries, and dementia relief centers.
Wanju County has also prepared support policies for households relocating to Wanju Sambong District within the county. Policies supporting marriage, childbirth, and pregnancy, as well as various infant and family support policies, are prepared to help newlyweds and prospective newlyweds settle down.
Additionally, Wanju has been selected as a "Hydrogen Pilot City" by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, playing the role of a hydrogen production and wide-area supply base. Hydrogen fuel cell electricity supply will be provided in the Sambong District.
Wanju Sambong District Woomirin Ecopore features wide distances between buildings, with all units primarily facing south, and a slab-type and 4-bay design that ensures excellent lighting and ventilation. Utilizing the wide spacing between buildings, two plazas equipped with water features and grassy yards will be arranged. Furthermore, the complex is designed to be car-free on the ground level, enhancing pedestrian safety. An air clean (air-cLynn) system, which manages everything from fine dust measurement to efficient reduction, will also be applied.
Community facilities include a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, indoor gymnasium, gender-separated study rooms, and Cafe Lynn, which doubles as a Moms Station, all of which are highly preferred by residents.
