[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] 11st will launch the 'K-Stay Korea Accommodation Festival with K-Quarantine,' hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization, on the 14th. Many companies, including small and medium travel agencies, will participate to offer domestic accommodation products available for stays in September and October.
This event, conducted as part of measures to revitalize the domestic travel industry and local economies suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic, will issue accommodation discount coupons every day at 10 a.m. from the 14th until October 31.
11st will showcase over 35,000 domestic accommodation products such as hotels, resorts, and pensions provided by various travel and accommodation platforms including small and medium travel agencies like Jangibihanggi Tour, Condo24, Onda, Pension Life, as well as Yanolja, Yogi-yo, and Interpark Tour. To facilitate convenient comparison and search for customers, 11st has created a 'Accommodation Festival' tab on its homepage and implemented an 'Accommodation Festival' filter for accommodation product searches.
To support small and medium travel agencies, 11st has also prepared a dedicated corner where only products from these agencies can be viewed. Small and medium travel agencies wishing to participate can join anytime through 11st during the event period.
Customers can choose to receive one of two types of domestic accommodation discount coupons: a 30,000 KRW discount coupon (for accommodation fees of 70,000 KRW or less) or a 40,000 KRW discount coupon (for accommodation fees exceeding 70,000 KRW). Each coupon can be used once per person during the event period. Additionally, overlapping discounts from card companies (Shinhan, KB Kookmin, Hyundai, Hana, NH Nonghyup, Woori) provided by 11st are available. Reservations must be made between 10 a.m. on the coupon issuance day and 7 a.m. the following day, and the stay dates are limited to the autumn outing season and the Chuseok holiday period in September and October.
For this event, 11st has specially collaborated with various small and medium travel agencies to plan special-priced products, which will be offered daily from the 14th to the 31st. Starting with 'Paradise City' and 'Sono Hotels & Resorts' on the 14th, a variety of products including 'Lotte Hotel Jeju,' 'Marriott Hotel,' 'Hidden Cliff Hotel & Nature,' and 'Hanwha Hotels & Resorts' will be introduced.
