[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Woo-kwon] The LINC+ Project Group at Gyeongnam National University announced on the 13th that it held the entrance ceremony for the first class of Jinhae Innovation School 'CRAB' in collaboration with Urban Bridge at the Jinhae Yeojwa-dong Community Center.
The event was attended by about 30 people, including Park Eun-joo, head of the LINC+ Project Group at Gyeongnam National University, Ahn Young-no, principal of Jinhae Innovation School, Kim Kyung-hwa, CEO of Urban Bridge, and the first class of CRAB students. The program included a special lecture and discussion titled "Innovators of This Era" by Principal Ahn Young-no, as well as an orientation for new students.
Starting with this entrance ceremony, the Jinhae Innovation School CRAB (Creative LAB) will be operated as a "3-no (無) school" without "professors," "textbooks," or "tuition," aiming to nurture young talents who have interest and problem-solving abilities regarding local issues, in connection with Gyeongnam National University's unique local community innovation brand, the "Cheongbaji (Youth Changing the Local Community) Project."
Additionally, students admitted to the first class of CRAB will receive education every Saturday for six hours until December 26, including ▲ "Reading Eastern and Western Classics" to cultivate proper character ▲ "Problem-Solving Education" to enhance capabilities for employment, job creation, and entrepreneurship ▲ "Social Innovation Programs" for practical and realistic education, fostering self-directed problem-solving skills related to social change and innovation.
