[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Bong-ju] Super Junior's Kim Hee-chul announced a firm stance against malicious commenters, but controversy arose when one malicious commenter left a comment saying they have no money to pay and asked to withdraw the lawsuit.

On Kim Hee-chul's Instagram, a post presumed to be from the person sued for malicious comments was revealed. He said, "If you see this comment, please forgive me," adding, "It was a mistake, and I can't pay such a large amount."

The malicious commenter continued, "You live well, but you only sue powerless commoners. Are you really going to live like that? Even though you're a celebrity. I never thought a Super Junior member would be someone who only cares about money."

The malicious commenter also mentioned their family situation, saying, "You shouldn't live like that as a celebrity. How can you do that to your fans? If you see this post and still don't respond, you have killed one person," urging the withdrawal of the lawsuit.

Earlier, on the 22nd, Kim Hee-chul posted on Instagram, "There will be no leniency. Even if we settle, all will be handed over to lawyers.
