Himchan Construction to Launch 'Godeok Herium Signior' for Sale in August

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Himchan Construction announced on the 27th that it plans to sell officetels 'Godeok Herium Signior' next month in Godeok International New City, Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province.

This complex is located in Block 11-1-1 of the Godeok International Business District in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi Province. It consists of a total of 1,144 officetel units ranging from 20 to 28㎡ (exclusive area) across 5 basement floors to 24 above-ground floors. By size, there are ▲840 units of 20㎡ ▲40 units of 26㎡ ▲264 units of 28㎡.

The complex is within walking distance of the world's largest semiconductor production line, 'Samsung Semiconductor Pyeongtaek Campus.' LG Digital Park and Jinwi General Industrial Complex are also nearby. A sales official explained, "It is expected that many partners, including Samsung Electronics, will work at Samsung Semiconductor Pyeongtaek Campus located right across the complex," adding, "The proximity to multiple industrial complexes such as LG Digital Park, Jinwi General Industrial Complex, and Pyeongtaek Brain City will ensure steady housing demand."

The complex is also adjacent to Seojeong-ri Station on Subway Line 1. Therefore, it is possible to transfer without changing trains to Jije Station, where SRT and KTX stop. Jije Station is scheduled to be developed into a complex transfer center by 2021, providing convenient access to subway, bus, and taxi services. A sales official said, "Once development is complete, accessibility to major metropolitan areas in the Seoul metropolitan area and Seoul itself will be further improved." It is also explained that Godeok IC, which allows access to the Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway, is nearby, making vehicle travel convenient. Vehicle travel is convenient via the nearby Godeok IC, and the public transportation environment is expected to improve through the nearby BRT. Seojeong-ri Stream and Godeok Waterfront Park are also located near the complex.

Godeok Herium Signior introduces a loft-specialized design (partial) preferred by actual users. A ceiling height of 2.4m is also applied.
