[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] Sejong University announced on the 27th that due to the continued spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), second semester classes will be conducted through a combination of face-to-face and online lectures. Classes will be divided based on the number of enrolled students. For classes with 30 or fewer students, face-to-face instruction will be conducted; for classes with 31 to 50 students, a combination of online and face-to-face instruction will be implemented; and for classes with 51 or more students, online instruction will be the principle. Even for courses with more than 31 students, the class will be split into groups of 30 or fewer students to conduct face-to-face classes. Online classes will be conducted using Blackboard and Webex, and assignment-centered lectures are completely prohibited. However, if the COVID-19 situation worsens, all courses except laboratory practice and practical subjects with 10 or fewer students will be switched entirely to online instruction.
