원본보기 아이콘[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] Junhee Park and Dasol Kim, students of the Department of Intelligent Mechatronics Engineering at Sejong University, announced on the 22nd that they won the Best Paper Award in the undergraduate category at the '2020 Summer Conference of the Korean Institute of Electrical and Electronic Materials'. A total of 410 papers were presented in fields such as electronic materials, low-dimensional materials, and display/photonic devices. In the undergraduate competition category, about 50 papers were presented. The two students presented a paper titled "Development of a Real-Time Monitoring Platform Using an Ultra-High Sensitivity Biosensor." They fabricated a biosensor using solution-processed oxide semiconductors and implemented a platform capable of real-time monitoring, including biomarker detection, data processing, and IT device integration. Junhee Park also won the Best Paper Award at last year's Electrical and Electronic Materials Conference, achieving first place for two consecutive years. The two students are currently conducting research in Professor Yuseung Lim's Intelligent Semiconductor Laboratory in the Department of Intelligent Mechatronics Engineering.
