Ottogi Acquires 305,000 Shares of Logistics Subsidiary for 111.2 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] Ottogi announced on the 20th that it has decided to acquire 305,033 shares of its logistics service subsidiary Ottogi Logistics Service for approximately 111.2 billion won. The acquisition is through a stock contribution in kind.
