[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] Daewoo E&C's apartment brand, Prugio, is launching an advertisement that connects with viewers through actual construction sites.


Daewoo E&C announced on the 12th that it will unveil a new advertising campaign based on Prugio's new brand philosophy, "Natural Nobility, the inherent nobility." This is a follow-up to the campaign released last March alongside the brand renewal. Through this, Daewoo E&C plans to introduce various spaces and services within the complexes and convey Prugio's unique and sophisticated luxury to customers.


The advertisement consists of two parts: "Design" and "Clean Air." The Design segment showcases various indoor and outdoor spaces of Prugio featuring the newly applied designs, while the Clean Air segment introduces the representative residential product, the air quality management system called "Prugio Clean Air System."


Notably, Daewoo E&C featured actual Prugio construction sites in this advertisement. Instead of using separately built sets or unrelated luxury spaces, the brand is introduced through recently occupied complexes such as "Gwacheon Prugio Summit" in Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi Province, and "Indeogwon Prugio El Centro" in Uiwang-si. The advertisement excludes narration and uses intense background music to evoke the essence of Prugio's products, while the copy "Today, you live in Prugio" expresses the anticipation of life in Prugio.


Prugio's new advertising campaign will reach consumers through various media, including terrestrial and cable TV, LED billboards, Instagram, and Facebook, starting today.


A Daewoo E&C official stated, "Through this advertising campaign, we created it so that customers can directly feel not only the differentiated luxury of the Prugio brand but also the anticipation of a new life that can be enjoyed at Prugio," adding, "We will continue to solidify our position as a leading apartment brand in Korea's residential culture."
