'Ssangyong The Platinum Jongno Gugi-dong (Urban Lifestyle Housing)' in Gugi-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul; 'Hillstate Yeouido Pine Luce (Officetel)' in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; 'Hillstate Lake Songdo 3rd' in Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; and 'Baekyangsan Lotte Castle Gold Central' in Buam-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan are about to open.
DK Urban Development and DK Asia plan to supply 'Geomam Station Royal Park City Prugio' in Baekseok-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon. Construction is handled by Daewoo E&C, consisting of 4,805 households from basement 2 to ground 40 floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 241㎡. Nearby are Baekseok Middle School and Baekseok High School. Through agreements with Jongno M School and Pulmuone Food & Culture, specialized educational programs and three-meal services will be provided to residents within the complex. A business agreement with the global concierge company 'DOPDA' has been signed to offer family-centered concierge services to residents.
Posco Construction will sell 'The Sharp Gwangju Forest' in 876-6 Munheung-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju. It will be developed with a maximum of 39 floors above ground, 7 buildings, 907 apartment units, and 84 residential officetel units. The apartments include 679 units of 84㎡, 225 units of 101㎡, 1 unit of 121㎡, and 2 units of 131㎡, while the officetels are 84 units of 59㎡. Nearby lifestyle infrastructure includes Homeplus (Dong Gwangju branch), agricultural and marine products market, Gakhwa Elementary and Middle Schools, and Mudeung Library. Gwangju Hospital and Uam Hospital are also close. Dong Gwangju, Munheung, and Gakhwa ICs are easily accessible.
Ssangyong Construction plans to sell 'Ssangyong The Platinum Jongno Gugi-dong' in the Gugi-dong area, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
