On the afternoon of the 11th, at the National Assembly Members' Office Building in Yeouido, Seoul, during the rally for uncovering the truth behind the April 15 general election suspicions and restoring national sovereignty, Min Kyung-wook, a member of the United Future Party, claimed that "shredded ballots were found in front of a post office in Gyeonggi-do."
North Korea mentioned Min Kyung-wook, a member of the Future United Party who claims '4.15 general election vote manipulation,' stating on the 19th, "If one is a thief, the opponent appears to be a bigger thief."
On the same day, the external propaganda media Uri Minjokkkiri published an article titled "The baseless claims of fraudulent elections by dishonest people," saying, "Amid the Future United Party faction lost in confusion due to the great defeat in the April general election, the cries of 'fraudulent election' continue unabated," and "At the forefront is Min Kyung-wook, known for his abusive language, reckless remarks, and strong rhetoric," making such claims.
The media stated, "This election is a strong expression of public anger against the 'Future United Party' faction, which has only committed anti-people atrocities," and "Instead of apologizing and reflecting on this stern reprimand, they confront it with defiance and direct challenge, making them shamelessly worthless," raising their voice.
Uri Minjokkkiri referred to the 3.15 fraudulent election under the Syngman Rhee regime and the National Intelligence Service's public opinion manipulation incident during the Park Geun-hye administration, questioning, "As a conservative faction that has handed down power through illegal and lawless government-controlled elections and fraudulent elections throughout history, can the recent general election defeat they suffered be seen as anything other than a result of fraud?" and argued, "The more they accuse the general election results of being fraudulent, the more it stains their actions as a regression against history and public sentiment, exposing only their past crimes sustained by fraud and deceit."
Meanwhile, some losing candidates and supporters of the United Party continue to raise allegations of vote manipulation, maintaining a mood of non-acceptance of the general election results.
Min, who ran in Yeonsu-eul, Incheon, claimed at the National Assembly on the 11th that "there are numerous early voting proportional representation ballots found unmarked," and on the 12th, he revealed six proportional representation ballots as evidence of 'fraudulent counting.'
More than ten candidates from the United Party have applied for evidence preservation related to these suspicions.
