[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Yuanta Securities is launching an automated stock search service dedicated to U.S. stocks.
On the 14th, Yuanta Securities announced the launch of 'Reuters T-Rader.' Reuters T-Rader is a service created through a data partnership with global financial information company Refinitiv (formerly Thomson Reuters). It is available in the overseas stocks section of Yuanta Securities' Home Trading System (HTS) 'T-Rader' and Mobile Trading System (MTS) 'T-Rader M.' This service integrates the 'stock detection' and 'stock analysis' functions into one, allowing users to search for promising U.S. stocks in real time. It features stock valuation and investment timing implemented on a single screen with simple numbers.
The quant score from Refinitiv's 'Stock Report Plus' is combined with Yuanta Securities' own algorithm signals, including sunlight/fog zone signals and chart signal strength, to provide trading timing signals all on one screen. Notably, without the need for separate condition settings, stocks are sequentially sorted in real time by strong T-Rader buy signals and high scores. Additionally, the original English reports provided by Refinitiv can also be viewed.
Yuanta Securities emphasized that it is the first in the industry to partner with Refinitiv. Refinitiv provides the IBES (Institutional Brokers’ Estimate System) consensus, which is most trusted by U.S. professional investors. This consensus is based on estimates from approximately 18,000 analysts covering over 20,000 companies in more than 90 countries. Along with average target price data per stock and individual stock quant scores, it is used globally as an important indicator for stock selection.
Jeon Jin-ho, Head of Digital Solutions at Yuanta Securities, said, "While investing in U.S. stocks is becoming a key part of asset portfolios, there are still barriers such as information gaps, language barriers, and time differences that make it difficult for the general public to access easily. Reuters T-Rader, designed so that anyone can easily view and understand it just by knowing how to read the numbers, will be a useful service that can break down the walls of U.S. stock investment."
