The Audit Committee Forum was established in 2018 by the four major domestic accounting firms (Samil, Samjong, Anjin, and Han Young) to help enhance the expertise of corporate audits and audit committee members.

At this forum, Professor Seokwoo Jung of Korea University will give a lecture on the topic of analyzing the causes and seeking solutions to issues arising from disagreements between previous and current auditors.

Additionally, on the same day, Executive Director Jeonghoon Shim of Samjong KPMG plans to introduce the 'Audit Committee Operation Guidelines.' The guidelines are an updated version of the 'Audit Committee Best Practice Manual and Checklist,' originally published in 2018 at the request of the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants, reflecting detailed accounting system reforms and stakeholder opinions.
