Hyundai Commercial Integrates KT AI Service into GoTruck App

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Hyundai Commercial announced on the 14th that it has integrated KT's artificial intelligence (AI) service into the 'GoTruck' app, a dedicated application for commercial vehicles.

GoTruck, a solution app launched by Hyundai Commercial last year to support commercial vehicle owners' businesses, has received great response, currently recording 120,000 downloads and reaching 60,000 registered members.

The newly integrated service is content developed through a partnership between Hyundai Commercial and KT, aimed at enhancing safe driving and convenience for customers who frequently undertake long hours and long-distance driving. By using this service, users can conveniently listen to announcements from logistics companies and associations, as well as real-time updated articles from the Commercial Vehicle Newspaper through voice recognition. It also supports easy searching for nearby truck-preferred gas stations and the commercial vehicle specialty mall, .

A Hyundai Commercial official stated, “Hyundai Commercial and KT plan to continuously develop and provide various services such as news, radio, podcasts, emotional chatting, and weather tailored to the lifecycle of commercial vehicle owners.”

This service can be accessed by clicking the Giga Genie button located at the top right corner of the GoTruck app screen. The GoTruck app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store by anyone, even those who are not Hyundai Commercial customers, and can be used after signing up.
