[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Hee-eun Park] ‘The World of the Married’ recorded a viewership rating of 25%. This is the highest ranking among all JTBC dramas to date.

The 10th episode of JTBC’s ‘The World of the Married,’ aired on the 25th, recorded nationwide ratings of 22.9% and 25.9% in the metropolitan area (Nielsen Korea, paid households basis).

This figure surpasses the 24.6% (metropolitan area basis) recorded last year by JTBC’s ‘SKY Castle.’

In the episode, the unstable relationship between Ji Sun-woo (played by Kim Hee-ae) and Lee Tae-oh (played by Park Hae-joon) began to shake those around them.

Due to Lee Tae-oh’s revenge, Go Ye-rim (played by Park Sun-young) and Son Je-hyuk (played by Kim Young-min) faced the crisis of divorce. Their son Lee Joon-young (played by Jeon Jin-seo) continued engaging in dangerous behaviors such as stealing items at school.

Yeo Da-kyung (played by Han So-hee) started to waver after hearing from Min Hyun-seo (played by Shim Eun-woo), whom she met by chance, saying, "You don’t seem happy. Well, a man who cheats once is bound to cheat again."

Meanwhile, in the latter part of the drama, the focus was on Min Hyun-seo’s scarf stained with blood and fallen to the ground. Ji Sun-woo witnessed the accident scene, drawing viewers’ attention toward the next episode.
