[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] The Public Procurement Service announced on the 26th that from the 27th, it will conduct construction bids worth approximately 217.3 billion KRW for 50 projects, including the Korea Rural Community Corporation's demand for the 'Promotional District Unit Agricultural Development Project Eunha Section Civil Engineering Works,' over five days.


The bids include 40 projects (80% of the total), such as the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education's demand for the '(Tentative Name) Marine 3 Middle School New Construction,' which will be conducted as region-restricted bids or region-mandatory joint contracts.


Through this, the Public Procurement Service expects local companies to win contracts worth approximately 69.5 billion KRW (32% of the total) based on construction payments.


Among these, region-restricted bids, in which only local companies participate, account for 32 projects worth 33.4 billion KRW, and joint contracts cover 8 projects worth 113.8 billion KRW, with local companies expected to participate as joint contractors for about 36.1 billion KRW.


By region, Chungnam leads with 70.1 billion KRW in orders, followed by Chungbuk with 39.3 billion KRW and Incheon City with 34.1 billion KRW. Additionally, a total of 73.8 billion KRW is expected to be ordered in other regions.


The Public Procurement Service will conduct a comprehensive evaluation bid for one project, the Promotional District Unit Agricultural Development Project Eunha Section Civil Engineering Works (35.8 billion KRW), and the remaining projects will be bid through qualification evaluation (181.3 billion KRW) and negotiated contracts (0.2 billion KRW).
