[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Hee-eun Park] The owner of Hongtakjip, who gained attention after appearing on the SBS variety show 'Baek Jong-won's Alley Restaurant' (hereafter 'Alley Restaurant'), announced his marriage.

On the 14th, a video titled "The Reason Why Hongtakjip from Alley Restaurant Became Even More Successful? Could It Be Marriage?" was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Mat Sam-in'.

The video features comedians Jung Hyun-soo, Park Chung-soo, and Kim Pil-soo visiting Hongtakjip. After having a meal at Hongtakjip, they conducted an interview with the owner.

In the interview, the owner of Hongtakjip said, "I will have my wedding ceremony on November 1st. I haven't told CEO Baek Jong-won yet," and expressed gratitude, saying, "I think it's right to call separately and visit to give the wedding invitation when it comes out."

He explained, "The wedding meal will be a buffet, not dakgomtang (chicken soup)." He added, "My mother is very happy. She said she thought I wouldn't get married."

The owner of Hongtakjip became a hot topic for his gradual growth through Baek Jong-won's solutions on 'Alley Restaurant'.

Previously, on December 25th last year, when he appeared again on 'Alley Restaurant', he denied various rumors and said, "I have a girlfriend."
