Seodaemun-gu Operates 'Appraiser Consultation Service' During Individual Official Land Price Viewing Period

[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Seodaemun-gu (Mayor Moon Seok-jin) will conduct the viewing and opinion hearing of individual publicly announced land prices for 41,253 parcels as of January 1 this year, from April 14 to May 4.

The viewing can be done at the Seodaemun-gu Office Cadastral Division, local community service centers, and the Ilsa Pyeonri Seoul Real Estate Information Inquiry System (http://kras.seoul.go.kr).

If you wish to submit opinions after viewing, you must fill out the individual publicly announced land price opinion form and either visit the Seodaemun-gu Office Cadastral Division or local community service centers in person, or submit it online through the Ilsa Pyeonri Real Estate Integrated Civil Service (http://kras.go.kr) by May 4.

The results of the submitted opinions will be individually notified by May 15 after re-verification of validity by an appraiser and review by the Seodaemun-gu Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.

During the individual publicly announced land price viewing period, Seodaemun-gu operates an "Appraiser Consultation Service" to allow consultations with professional appraisers. A district official stated, "Since individual publicly announced land prices are used as basic data for calculating national and local taxes as well as various charges, we ask landowners and stakeholders to be sure to check the individual publicly announced land prices of their land within the viewing period."
