[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] TMON (CEO Lee Jin-won) announced on the 18th that starting this year, it will hold a "Family Day" every quarter to support early leave for all employees. Family Day is an event that supports early leave once per quarter. It takes place in the last month of each quarter, such as March and June, and all TMON employees are eligible for the benefit. This month, the first Family Day will be held on the 25th, allowing all employees to leave work 2 hours early.
TMON explained that it has been striving to create a good working environment by implementing practical welfare policies. It has been recognized as a family-friendly company by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, and won the grand prize in the Work-Life Balance Campaign Best Practices Contest hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. In addition to the statutory annual leave, an additional leave system called "Super Pass," which allows leave in two-hour increments, is provided six times a year. It also operates the "Super Parking" system, which allows even regular employees to use the headquarters parking lot for free.
Lee Jin-won, CEO of TMON, said, "We believe that promoting a balance between work and family life and increasing employee satisfaction will naturally improve focus and performance at work." He added, "TMON will continue to introduce practical welfare policies going forward."
