UID, Designation as Management Item or Cause for Delisting at Internal Settlement Date Occurrence

[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] UID announced on the 10th that it has encountered reasons for being designated as a management item at the internal settlement point or for delisting.

The KOSDAQ Market Headquarters issued a separate notice stating that trading of the stock will be suspended to protect investors. The suspension period will be from 4:24 PM on the same day until the confirmation of whether the company is subject to a substantive review of listing eligibility.
