[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Online fashion store Musinsa announced on the 28th that it has completely revamped its mobile main screen, focusing on a fashion portal function where all news and information about fashion can be viewed at a glance.
Through this revamp, Musinsa enhanced user convenience with a clean and simple interface (UI) and strengthened its content curation service. Additionally, the user experience (UX) was improved by replacing the existing bottom scroll method with touch and swipe-centered navigation.
The revamped main page consists of a total of 10 themed sections, where content is displayed in detailed areas such as ranking, brands, styles, and reviews within each theme. The screen layout was made more intuitive to allow users to easily view various content such as the latest fashion trend news, brand and product information, style coordination suggestions, and item recommendations at a glance.
The sections include a campaign section showing the most important current issues on Musinsa, a ranking section displaying real-time popular products and brands, a brand section delivering diverse brand news, a style section where users can explore styling proposed by fashion editors and various fashion people’s coordinates, and a special section introducing brands and products exclusive to Musinsa.
With the detailed page composition by theme, users can browse brands and products more easily and quickly. Members can enjoy various formats of content by theme and can also customize their content consumption by rearranging the order of the themed sections according to their interests.
Lee Eungyu, Manager of Musinsa’s Service Planning Team, said, “We prepared this update focusing on expanding the role of the fashion portal function where 6 million Musinsa members can enjoy diverse fashion content and shopping all at once according to their tastes.” He added, “We plan to continuously upgrade by actively reflecting mobile environment convenience so that users can enjoy content tailored to their preferences and purchasing patterns.”
