On November 5, Geumsan County held a "healing program" for personnel engaged in the customized care service for the elderly.

The program, held at the Jinsan Happiness Nuri Center, provided a "Rest and Recovery" healing session for 100 staff members involved in the customized care service for seniors.

This initiative was part of efforts to strengthen the capabilities of care workers, aiming to promote their emotional recovery and job satisfaction, thereby creating a sustainable care environment and improving the quality of care services within the local community.

In particular, the program was designed to provide emotional stability and an opportunity for recharging to the staff who are dedicated to caring for seniors in the field.

The event featured a healing lecture titled "Time for Healing the Mind" by instructor Myung Wook, followed by a healing concert that offered comfort and empathy through emotional music.

Additionally, participants responded enthusiastically to experiential healing activities, including taking "life shots" that reflected their own colors and personalities during a photo session, as well as a natural dyeing experience that allowed them to feel a sense of healing.

Kim Miyoung, an official from the Resident Welfare Support Division, stated, "Personnel engaged in customized care for the elderly are always working hard in the field to provide daily care for seniors. I hope that through this healing program, they can find rest and recharge, enabling them to continue providing healthier and more sustainable care services."
