Hallym University Kangnam Sacred Heart Hospital Holds 46th Anniversary Ceremony

Held at the Main Building in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on January 9

Hallym University Kangnam Sacred Heart Hospital announced on the 16th that it held a ceremony on January 9th at its main building in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to mark its 46th anniversary.

The ceremony was attended by Hospital Director Lee Dongjin, key executives, and staff members. During the event, plaques of appreciation were awarded to outstanding partner hospitals and organizations that contributed to the hospital's development and clinical collaboration. There was also an awards ceremony for long-term service, merit, academic achievement, and exemplary staff, recognizing employees who have contributed to the hospital's growth over many years.

Plaques of appreciation were presented to partner hospitals-Daerim St. Mary's Hospital, Myongji St. Mary's Hospital, Heemyeong Hospital, and Geumcheon Soo Hospital-as well as the Chinese Compatriots Hanmaeum Association, for their contributions to building a patient-centered medical system through clinical cooperation. Commendations were also given to two medical interpreters, Park Chaewon and Meng Chuiping Vento (VENTO), who have been dedicated to facilitating communication for foreign patients.

Lee Dongjin, Director of Hallym University Kangnam Sacred Heart Hospital, stated, "The reason we have been able to continue for 46 years is thanks to the dedication of our staff, who have always done their best in their respective roles," adding, "We will continue to uphold the values of patient-centered care, public healthcare in partnership with the local community, and fulfilling our social responsibility as a hospital."
