KT To Make Early Payment of 91.5 Billion Won in Delivery Charges to Partners Ahead of Lunar New Year
Group affiliates including KT ds and KT Engineering join the initiative
KT announced on February 8 that, ahead of the Lunar New Year holidays, it will make early payments of delivery charges totaling 91.5 billion won to its small and medium-sized partner companies, together with major affiliates of the group.
The initiative is intended to help partner companies manage their funds smoothly before the holidays and to support the practical easing of their management burden. To promote shared growth with its partners, KT is also creating and operating a low-interest mutual growth cooperation fund worth 100 billion won.
In addition, to mark the Lunar New Year holidays, KT will implement the "Clean KT Campaign" to strengthen the practice of ethical management. The company will completely prohibit the exchange of gifts with stakeholders such as partner companies, and if gifts are unavoidably delivered to employees, it will either return them to the sender with a letter of refusal enclosed, or donate them to social welfare organizations, thereby continuing to foster a transparent and fair trading culture.
