According to the police, at approximately 10:34 p.m. on November 12, A is suspected of posting a message on an internet site stating, "Tomorrow is the College Scholastic Ability Test, and I have planted explosives at B High School in Tongyeong, Gyeongnam."

About 20 minutes after posting the message, at 10:52 p.m., A personally called 112 to report his own post.

Upon receiving the report, the police immediately dispatched around 10 officers to the test site at the high school and conducted an emergency search for explosives, but none were found.

The school's principal, vice principal, and the supervisor in charge of the test district also confirmed that there were no issues.

On November 13, the day of the College Scholastic Ability Test, the exam was conducted as scheduled at the test site.

The police tracked the IP address of the website where the post was made, identified the author, and apprehended A.

A, a teenage middle school student, stated that he "did it as a prank."

The police plan to book A without detention on charges of public intimidation and will investigate the exact circumstances of the incident.
