Xenon Provides Generative AI-Based B2B Solutions
Leading a Paradigm Shift Toward 'Actionable AI' with Execution Capability
The necessity of adopting artificial intelligence (AI) is now universally recognized. There is a growing sense of crisis across industries that companies without AI technology will fall behind in the competition. However, when it comes to actually implementing AI, many companies are unsure about which solutions they need, how to develop them, and how to manage them. Xenon is a company that addresses these concerns. As a specialized provider of generative AI-based B2B (business-to-business) solutions, Xenon has consistently accumulated successful case studies. Building on this foundation, Xenon recently announced a paradigm shift toward “actionable AI” with real execution capabilities.
On November 7, Koh Seoktae, CEO of Xenon, stated, “The core of actionable AI is connecting knowledge to tangible actions. AI must evolve beyond simply analyzing information to a stage where it directly controls systems and autonomously completes the entire workflow.” To realize actionable AI, Xenon has introduced a solution called “OneAgent.” OneAgent is built on two core technologies. The first enables automatic navigation of web-based systems, understanding dynamic content, and executing commands. The second allows exploration of the file system in the user’s PC environment, automation of applications, and even access to internal corporate systems to carry out complex tasks step by step.
For example, if a user instructs the work terminal to “file an expense claim,” the AI accesses the company’s business system, checks the expense regulations, automatically prepares the claim forms, and completes the submission. If asked to prepare a marketing report, the AI conducts research, opens a document program on the PC, and creates the report. Koh explained, “The actionable AI developed by Xenon manipulates actual systems and automates work. We are advancing AI beyond simple information provision to a level where it can perform real tasks, just as a human would recognize and operate a system.”
Koh’s emphasis on the “execution capability” of AI stems from his perception of the limitations of existing AI agents, which remain at the level of “AI that only converses.” He pointed out, “Chatbots that merely answer questions cannot drive true business innovation for companies, and an approach focused on fragmented, individual solutions makes integrated management and maintenance difficult while also increasing costs.”
Xenon’s accumulated technological competitiveness is what enables it to overcome these limitations and advocate for a paradigm shift in the fiercely competitive generative AI market. Xenon began as an AI consulting firm in 2017. Initially, it guided companies on AI adoption strategies, but since 2020, it has evolved into a service company encompassing AI planning, development, implementation, operation, and maintenance. A representative solution is “GenOS,” a generative AI platform for enterprises based on a large language model (LLM), launched last year. It allows any business user to easily and quickly create and utilize AI services. Koh stated, “Over the past eight years, we have carried out more than 200 AI-related projects, gaining experience in various industries such as finance, manufacturing, public sector, and energy. In particular, our experience in the financial sector, which demands high reliability and technical expertise, has further strengthened Xenon’s competitiveness.”
Building on this, Xenon is focusing even more on “enterprise-integrated AI” alongside its transition to actionable AI. Koh emphasized, “Xenon’s differentiation lies in creating direct business value through customized AI that can be practically applied at the business site, rather than relying on generic models.”
