원본보기 아이콘The National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) is a customer satisfaction assessment model jointly developed by the Korea Productivity Center and the University of Michigan in the United States. It is one of the three major customer satisfaction surveys in Korea, comprehensively measuring the quality of products and services as well as customer satisfaction. The survey is conducted quarterly by industry classification each year. The funeral service sector was newly established this year.
This year's survey was conducted from May to July, targeting 68 companies across 18 industries in the daily life product and service sector. The survey participants were customers aged 20 to 64 who had direct experience using the products or services of the respective companies or institutions. For each company or institution, 278 people participated, all of whom had used the product or service for at least one year.
A Boram Group representative stated, "By ranking first in this year's NCSI, Boram Sangjo is proving the future of Korea's funeral culture based on customer trust and satisfaction," and added, "Boram Group will continue to share new experiences as a company that accompanies customers throughout their entire lives."
