REAL Summit 2025: Annual Customer Event Held
Offering an 'AI Full Stack' Covering Services and Technology
"Actively Considering Participation in the National AI Computing Center Project"
Samsung SDS has announced its intention to drive innovation in AI agents by providing services that cover all areas necessary for enterprise AI transformation (AX), including infrastructure, platforms, and solutions.
Junhee Lee, CEO of Samsung SDS, stated during his keynote speech at the annual customer invitation conference "REAL Summit 2025," held at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the morning of the 11th, "Samsung SDS is the IT partner best equipped to support enterprise AI innovation."

He said, "We are now entering an era where AI agents are able to autonomously perform work, going beyond just AI assistants," and added, "When AI agents are introduced into the workplace, companies will experience unprecedented innovation in terms of efficiency and speed."
He cited the example of booking a business trip flight, explaining, "With just a single request, an AI agent can analyze personal schedules, preferences, and past usage to find and book the optimal flight."
Samsung SDS currently offers services such as "FABRIX," a generative AI platform that connects various language models and enterprise systems based on the Samsung Cloud Platform (SCP); "Brity Copilot," a generative AI service applied to collaboration solutions; and "Brity Automation" for automating work processes. Through these services, the company aims to provide an "AI full stack" that encompasses all the components and services needed to implement and operate AI technology.
Samsung SDS highlighted that FABRIX enables easy creation and deployment of AI agents for work tasks. FABRIX supports MCP (Model Context Protocol), a protocol that allows large language models (LLMs) to utilize external data and systems, as well as A2A (Agent-to-Agent) technology for collaboration between multiple AI agents. The company explained that these technologies supporting agent collaboration can help companies in their operations.
Brity Copilot is positioned as a "personal agent" for individual work tasks. In addition to utilizing real-time work data, this service acts as the "AI work assistant that knows me best" by interacting with the user. Specifically, it offers functions such as: an interpreting agent for real-time multilingual translation during video conferences; a briefing agent that notifies users of key schedules and tasks; a curating agent that recommends knowledge relevant to work context; an answering agent that automatically responds to work inquiries when the user is away; and a voice agent that handles work tasks through voice commands while on the move.
For work automation, Brity Automation is being advanced from the existing "Brity Automation Bot" to an "Agentic Bot," which will not only automate standardized and repetitive tasks but also adapt to scenarios where data or user interfaces (UI) change.
The event showcased Samsung SDS's flagship services in generative AI, cloud, AI-based data analytics, and enterprise solutions, as well as digital transformation cases across various industries such as manufacturing and finance. Notably, public sector examples were shared, including the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's government-wide AX innovation initiative and the Ministry of Employment and Labor's public-private partnership cloud-based AI support system for labor inspectors.
There were also exhibition booths for Samsung SDS's generative AI service experience program, solution partners, and subsidiaries (Multicampus, Miracom Inc., S-Core, Secui, and MRO).
Peter Pluim, Head of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, and Michael Dell, Chairman of Dell Technologies, introduced their partnerships and collaboration cases with Samsung SDS during their keynote speeches. Pluim stated, "Through Samsung SDS's secure and efficient data centers, we provide SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, and customers can also utilize a variety of other services offered by Samsung SDS."
Former professional Go player Lee Sedol, now a distinguished professor at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST), also participated in the keynote session. He famously lost to AlphaGo, the Go AI developed by Google DeepMind, by a score of 1 to 4 in 2016.
Professor Lee said, "Losing to AlphaGo was shocking, but what was even more surprising was that AlphaGo's play was more natural and creative than that of professional players," adding, "Because AI does not have the preconceptions that humans do, it can be more creative and natural. In this sense, I believe we should collaborate with AI."

He said, "We are actively considering participating in the National AI Computing Center project," and added, "I believe there are areas where we can contribute to the government's goal of becoming one of the top three AI powerhouses."
Regarding the differentiation of Samsung SDS's full-stack AI strategy from competitors, he said, "Full-stack AI is not just about technical capability; it is also crucial to understand the unique circumstances of each client," and emphasized, "Our strength lies in the deep understanding of individual companies and industries that we have gained by working with many clients over the years."
