"Synergy Expected Across Core Business and New Growth Areas"
On September 9, Samsung Securities announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Kanto, a global comprehensive financial group, to seek strategic business opportunities across the securities business. This agreement aims to expand the scope of collaboration beyond the currently ongoing U.S. stock brokerage services to include fundraising, digital finance, and research. By doing so, both companies intend to broaden their global reach and provide innovative solutions to clients.

Meanwhile, during his business trip to the United States, Jongmoon Park of Samsung Securities also met with Strategas and Baird, in addition to Kanto, to continue efforts to provide high-quality overseas investment information to domestic institutional investors.
Samsung Securities has formed a strategic alliance with Strategas Securities, a leading provider of research information to major global institutional investors, to offer U.S. stock information and corporate access (CA) services to Korean institutional investors.
Strategas is a specialized securities firm that has been named Wall Street's top macroeconomic research institution for eight consecutive years by Exchange Telegraph. Its parent company, Baird, is a comprehensive securities firm that provides analysis on more than 700 U.S. companies.
