Shinhan Card Launches "Coway Shinhan Card" Offering Discounts of Up to 30,000 Won

Up to 6,000 Won Additional Monthly Discount for 60 Months
For Customers Who Have Not Used a Personal Credit Card in the Past Six Months

On September 3, Shinhan Card announced the launch of the "Coway Shinhan Card" in partnership with Coway.

This card offers tiered discounts to customers who rent Coway products such as water purifiers and air purifiers, based on their spending in the previous month.

Customers who spend between 300,000 won and less than 700,000 won in the previous month receive a 13,000 won discount; those who spend between 700,000 won and less than 1.5 million won receive a 17,000 won discount; and those who spend 1.5 million won or more receive up to a 30,000 won discount.

For new cardholders, a 13,000 won discount is applied for two months from the month of card registration, regardless of spending.

To commemorate the launch, Shinhan Card and Coway are also holding an additional discount event until October 31.

Customers who apply for the card and set up automatic payments for Coway rental products during the event period will receive an additional discount of up to 6,000 won per month for 60 months.

This event is available to customers who have not used a Shinhan personal credit card in the six months prior to the event period.

The annual fee is 27,000 won for domestic use only, and 30,000 won for international use (MasterCard). Detailed information about card services and events can be found on Shinhan SOL Pay, the Shinhan Card website, and Coway's official online mall, Coway.com.

Meanwhile, in May, Shinhan Card launched the "Coway Life Solution Shinhan Card," which offers up to a 30,000 won monthly discount on automatic payments for life care products from Coway Life Solution.

Coway Life Solution is a premium senior life care platform company established as a 100% subsidiary of Coway.

A Shinhan Card representative stated, "Following Coway Life Solution, we have now launched the Coway Shinhan Card, focusing on providing solutions tailored to customers' lifestyles," and added, "We will continue to enhance Shinhan Card's unique and differentiated products and services."
