View original imageKorea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 13th that it donated 200 million KRW to the Community Chest of Korea to support the victims and bereaved families of the Jeju Air passenger plane disaster that occurred at Muan International Airport in Jeollanam-do.
This donation consists of 100 million KRW from the 'LH Sharing Fund,' which LH employees voluntarily set aside monthly from their salaries, and 100 million KRW from the 'LH Social Contribution Donation.' The funds will be used to ensure the livelihood safety of the bereaved families and support damage recovery.
An LH official stated, "We sincerely offer our condolences to the bereaved families who are deeply saddened by this unfortunate accident, and LH employees pray for the repose of those who lost their lives and express their sympathy."

Meanwhile, LH uses the LH Sharing Fund annually to help neighbors facing difficulties due to disasters. In 2023, it donated 140 million KRW to the earthquake-affected regions of Turkey and Syria, and 100 million KRW to domestic areas affected by heavy rainfall.
