The selected DB Dream Leader scholars will receive full tuition support for two years. Along with receiving the scholarship, the scholars plan to grow into talents who practice sharing by planning and executing social contribution activities focused on ESG environmental themes for one year.

This year, DB Kim Joon-ki Cultural Foundation plans to carry out scholarship projects totaling 11 billion KRW. The foundation was established in 1988 with private funds by Chairman Kim Joon-ki, the founder of DB Group, who believed that "the future belongs to those who challenge with dreams and hope," to continuously discover and nurture talented individuals. Since its establishment, the foundation has invested a total of 110 billion KRW in projects, providing scholarships to over 6,000 university students and hosting various academic events.
