[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Lotte Museum announced on the 25th that it will engage in ESG activities through a public art mural project.

Before hosting street artist Shepard Fairey's large-scale exhibition "Act! (EYES OPEN, MINDS OPEN)," Lotte Museum is conducting a public art mural project with the artist.

Shepard Fairey's large mural works were created based on the artist's deep concern about climate change and environmental destruction. The works will be presented with a message of encouragement and hope, conveying that if we carefully observe the world and our surroundings and think and act together for a better world, we can eventually create amazing change.

The mural project can be seen at five locations in Seoul, including Lotte World Tower, Songpa-gu, Gangnam-gu, and Seongdong-gu.

Lotte Museum will hold Shepard Fairey's solo exhibition from the 29th to November 6th. This exhibition, showcasing about 300 representative works from the artist's early to recent pieces, will provide an overview of Shepard Fairey's solid philosophy and artistic world that encourages the public to take on more roles, responsibilities, and actions.
