"Gangnam Style" fever is still going strong and no one is safe from this international craze.

PSY, who is currently continent-hopping for promotion, has become the second most-viewed video on YouTube after holding off "On the Floor" by Jennifer Lopez. His jaw-dropping record on the website came just a few months before releasing the singer's U.S. debut album, which has been postponed from this month to early next year.

The 36-year-old Korean rapper, who did not expect the world going crazy over his hit song, still trails behind Canadian teenage sensation Justin Bieber's "Baby," which has had 790 million views.

Though PSY did not mention anything about the news on his Twitter yet, he expressed his excitement about people dressing up as himself on Halloween. On October 31, he threw a question to his followers that read, "How many of ya dress my style tonight? haha" and retweeted some of the photos sent from people who were dressed as PSY or No Hong-chul in the music video for "Gangnam Style."

Although he is keep renewing records on YouTube, PSY has remained at No. 2 again on the Billboard Hot 100 for the sixth straight week under Maroon 5's "One More Night."
