TVXQ! drops Japan concert DVD in Korea

K-pop duo TVXQ! has rolled out their Japan live concert DVD in local music market.

The boys’ agency, SM Entertainment, said in a press release Wednesday that the twosome's “TOHOSHINKI LIVE TOUR 2012 TONE” went on sale in Korea on August 8. The DVD was first released in Japan on July 25 and topped Oricon's weekly DVD chart after selling over 151,000 copies during the first week of sales.

In Korea, TVXQ! has released the new DVD as two-DVD and three-DVD versions, which share the behind-the-scene footage and live performances of their Tokyo Dome concert opened on April 15.

Additionally, the three-DVD version includes highlights of the Saitama leg of their show hosted in March and a video clip of the duo making comments about the Tokyo Dome concert. "TOHOSHINKI LIVE TOUR 2012 TONE" is a part of the group's four-month-long tour "TVXQ! LIVE TOUR 2012~ TONE~" opened in 11 cities in Japan earlier this year.

Having finished their management firm's joint concert tour, "SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR III in TOKYO" on August 4 and 5, TVXQ! is now set to grace the tour's Seoul leg with other SM labelmates on August 18.
