A documentary featuring the daily lives of singing trio JYJ will open in select theaters in Korea next month, according to their agency C-JeS Entertainment.

On Thursday, C-JeS announced in a press release that JYJ's documentary titled "The Day" will be shown on the big screen in 20 theaters in Korea starting February 9. "The Day," a 90-minute film, will introduce the everyday activities of the members of JYJ off the stage.

"Our documentary is filled with footage of how we are when we are not performing and we hope that it will be memorable for our fans," JYJ was quoted as saying in the statement.

JYJ, composed of members Park Yuchun, Kim Jaejoong and Kim Junsu, were formerly of quintet TVXQ, K-pop's most popular and successful boy band in the Asia region. They broke off from the group however and started a separate singing career in October 2010 for which they have continued to promote themselves back home and overseas.

Recently, the boys released their first Korean-language album "In Heaven" featuring their title tracks "In Heaven" and "Get Out" which fared well on various online music charts.
