KARA Gu Hara confirms relationship with BEAST Yong Jun-hyung

Girl group KARA member Gu Hara has said she is still dating boy band BEAST member Yong Jun-hyun, denying rumor from early last month saying that the two had split up.

"I haven't been able to see him these days because we're busy. We can't even contact each other that often because we go overseas a lot too. But we haven't broken up. We're doing well," Gu said on a pre-recorded session of MBC's talk show "Radio Star" which aired on Wednesday.She also said that she apologized to the members of her girl group when news of their relationship first broke out in late-June through paparazzi photographs a media outlet had taken of the two together.

"(I hadn't told anyone) Because that's when we had just started to get to know each other," Gu remarked. At the time, the couple admitted to have dated each other for about a month.

Yong is the rapper of his six-member group, which has been one of the most popular boy bands in Korea since making their debut in 2009. They have been promoting their first full-length Japanese album "SO BEAST" since its release in the country last month. Gu is a member of her also highly popular female K-pop group which debuted in 2007 and is considered one of the most successful Korean girl groups to break into the Japanese market. The girls recently returned to the local music scene with their third full-length album "Step."
