Additional artists announced for 2011 Pentaport Rock Festival

Several international and local artists have been added to the official lineup of the 2011 Pentaport Rock Festival, according to its official website on Thursday.

Pentaport's official webpage revealed that Canadian pop punk band Simple Plan, American rapper B.o.B, Go Chic, The Ghost Spardac, W&Whale and The Four Seasons will perform at Incheon's Dream Park from August 5 to 7. The festival will also feature Groove Session that will showcase a number of music mixes from various DJs including Plastic Kid, Limzi, Dr. Lektroluv, Inside Core, Dexpistols, Shut Da Mouth and J-Path.

Other artists slated to take part in the music fest include Korn, the Plain White T's, Neon Trees, !!!, Mamas Gun, Joe Brooks, The Ting Tings and Korean rock band Boohwal.

Pentaport Rock Festival, sponsored by the city of Incheon, first began in 2006 and received its name from Incheon city's strategy to develop further in the areas of airport, seaport, teleport, business-port and leisure-port. Tickets for the rock festival is currently available on various online shopping websites.
