KBS series “Babyfaced Beauty” starring Jang Nara, Choi Daniel and Ryu Jin remained atop the Mondays and Tuesdays’ primetime TV slot for the second consecutive week, as shown by results from the two media research companies on their findings on Wednesday.

“Babyfaced Beauty,” about a thirty-something single woman who overcomes prejudice in the workplace to realize her dream as a designer, scored average viewership ratings of 14.8 percent on Total National Multimedia Statistics’ (TNms) report and 15.5 percent on AGB Nielsen Media Research’s (AGB) chart, successfully beating its two competitors once again. The drama, originally an 18-part series, has been extended by two episodes, running until July 5 on its gaining popularity.

Meanwhile, MBC series “Miss Ripley" was ranked at No. 2 on the primetime chart for the second week, after yielding average viewership ratings of 9.4 percent and 12.4 percent on TNmS’ and AGB’s poll, respectively.

The drama starring Lee Da-hae, Kim Seung-woo, Kang Hye-jung and Park Yuchun tells about the precarious life of one woman who lies her way up the social ladder, only to be faced with a bigger peril later on that could make her lose everything. SBS series “Lie To Me” starring Yoon Eun-hye and Kang Ji-hwan, about a couple who fall in love after being entangled in a marriage scandal, came last in the race once more after posting average viewership ratings of 8.8 percent on TNmS’ chart and 9.7 percent on AGB’s poll.
