Korean balladeer Park Hyo-shin will star in a military broadcast TV series to show what Korean solders' life is like in the army.
Officials from his agency Jellyfish Entertainment announced Thursday that Park's acting skills will be shown through a five-part series tentatively titled "March," set to air on the Defense Media Agency's Korean Forces Network (KFN) starting October.
The officials noted that the series also features appearances by other celebrities who are also serving in the army right now, including actors Lim Ju-hwan, Kim Jae-uck and comedian Lee Jin-ho.
Park entered the military in December 2010 and is currently serving his duties as part of the Defense Media Agency. He is scheduled to be discharged next month.
