Super Junior members Donghae and Eunhyuk's duet song has entered top spots on music charts in Japan.
After placing the song at No. 2 spot on Oricon's daily singles chart last Thursday, the duo's new release "Oppa, Oppa" grabbed the second spot on the website's weekly chart and sat atop Tower Record's singles chart last week, their agency SM Entertainment announced on Tuesday.
The boys' record setting single album has sold out in major Japanese record stores, including Tower Record and TSUTAYA, the officials said.
To commemorate the successful first Japanese release, Eunhyuk and Donghae are to hold a premium mini-live event at Sibuya-AX in Sibuya, Japan, on Wednesday.
Following the event, their large-scale concert titled "SUPER SHOW 4," will be held at Tokyo Dome in Tokyo on May 12 and 13, with 10,000 or so local fans expected.
