Hallyu star Jang Keun-suk will visit Japan next month to promote his TV series "Marry Me, Mary," according to his agency Tree J. Company on Wednesday.
"Jang will promote the drama in Japan sometime in mid-August," an official from Tree J. told 10Asia over the phone. "However, we don't have a finalized schedule for when and to where in the country he'll be going."
"Marry Me, Mary," also starring actress Moon Geun-young and actor Kim Jae-uck, tells the story about Mary who learns about love and herself while being in two fake marriages for 100 days with two completely different men.
The show aired in Japan's TBS in May and the Japanese edition of the DVD set went on sale the following month.
He also made his singing debut in Japan with the release of the single "Let me cry" which had topped Oricon's weekly chart and is currently working on film “You Are My Pet” alongside actress Kim Ha-neul.
Jang recently wrapped up his six-country tour in Asia where he met fans in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan and Shanghai.
