KBS drama “The Innocent Man” is continuing to perch atop the ratings chart, while MBC “Tale of Arang” ended its run this week.
“The Innocent Man” stretched its winning streak for four consecutive weeks on October 17 and 18 by recording an average rating of 15.7 percent, according to data polled by TNmS [Total National Multimedia Statistics] Friday.
Following the chart-topper is MBC’ historical fantasy “Tale of Arang,” which earned the support of 13.5 percent of the total viewers and ended its run this week.
Using Eun-oh and Arang’s kiss as the last scene, the Lee Joon-gi and Shin Mina starrer came to a happy ending with the No. 2 title on the primetime ratings chart.
Meanwhile, SBS’ historical series “The Great Seer” sat at the bottom with 9.1 percent during the same time frame.
On AGB Nielson Media Research chart, the three dramas showed similar figures to the TNmS’ during the third week of October.
While “The Innocent Man” reigned atop the chart with 14.7 percent, “Tale of Arang” and “The Great Seer” each landed at No. 2 and No. 3 with 12.4 and 9.1 percent.
