The “SungKyunKwan Scandal" star Yu A-in will turn to a former gangster in his new big screen project.
The actor has confirmed his leading role in “KKangcheori” [tentative title], the film’s production company The Dream Pictures told the magazine over the phone Wednesday.
The human drama centers around a man [played by Yu] who clears up his gangster life to earn a living to support his mother's hospital fees.
Yu, who kicked off his acting career by starring in KBS teenage drama “Sharp” in 2003, has shot to stardom through the same channel's hit series “SungKyunKwan Scandal," co-starring promising actors Park Yuchun and Song Joong-ki, in 2010.
