Korean singer Kim Hyun-joong's new TV project is already creating a ripple of anticipation with an array of teaser photos being released by his agency, KEYEAST.
A photo of Kim carefully monitoring his scenes on the set of "City Conquest" has been revealed in KEYEAST's press release Tuesday.
To build his image as a strong independent character named Baek Mir, Kim has thrown off his pretty-boy image and has been trying to give off a manly scent in "City Conquest," the officials said.
The TV adaptation of the comic of the same name by Shin Hyung-bin will center around Baek Mir going through difficulties in life as an orphan. Adding more big names to the already impressive roster, Actress Jung Yu-mi and actor Nam Goong-min are co-starring in the melodrama.
